Well, i updated ProFTP from the cobalt tech that sent
the email to the mailing list telling us of the latest
ProFTP, well i been getting the errors (bottom of
email) and i emailed their support. They said "It
looks like you broke something" "Only update your
server using updates/packages from Cobalt"
1. this was from cobalt
2. this was a update from cobalt
Now he says my warrenty is void because its "broke"
now tell me that if i went to court (which of course i
am not) and brought this to the judge, it would be
clear that
1. this update was from a cobalt tech
2. it would not void my warrenty

If you would like us to attempt to get your RaQ2
back in running order, there
will be a fee of $200/hr. If this is a new RaQ2 and
you don't have any data on
it, you may opt to purchase an OS Restore CD ($99)
which will reformat and
repartition your hard drive before restoring the OS.

And now they want $200 a hour to fix my "broken"
server. I told him to forget it and i would wait for
the package that is "suppose to be released in 2
weeks"
