It is not entirely free.  If you go through their demo, you are not
receiving the software from them... you are mearly hosting their system on
your servers.  They maintain control of the system.  In addition,
advertisements are played on the web-email interface.  They agree to split
75%/25% all proceeds of the advertisements with you... but they get to pick
what ads to play and how long to play them for.
