RE: [cobalt-users] lcdsleep running me out of memory?



lcdsleep monitors for front panel button pushes and enables the front panel
menu system.  ActiveMonitor will restart lcdsleep if it does not find it
running.  If you really want to disable it, "mv /sbin/lcdsleep
/sbin/lcdsleep-" and kill the process.

I'm not quite sure why it's taking up your CPU other than it usually does
that when someone has pressed a button and it has invoked the menu system,
as it then actively polls for button presses.
