I am using www.reporting.net So far, so Good. It's more of a go between for
companies; one of which I have is Network Solutions.
You can create banners on your site that rotate and use the required links
they provide.

We generally get a lot of run around and not much payment when we deal
with banner ads.
Anybody have a banner ad service that they are satisfied with? Who,
