Don't use the same IP.

You can do multiple virtual web sites on the same IP, because the HTTP
protocol (version 1.1, although most browsers that implement only 1.0
include this feature) includes sending the host name of the target site.
If you go to http://www.domain.com/, the HTTP protocol looks like:

GET / HTTP/1.0
Host: www.domain.com

This was done in the updated HTTP protocol after it became obvious there
was going to be a big number of web sites hosted on a smaller number of
servers.

FTP, on the other hand, does not include anything like this.  So, if you
want virutal FTP servers on a single system, they each have to have a
different IP address.
