[cobalt-users] PHP + MySQL + Cobalt SSL now available

PHP now works with SSL.

RaQ2 only, tested with Cobalt SSL Red Hat Secure Web Server Release 3.2 only

Due to complexities I ran into, I couldn't get this to work with both the
SSL server AND the standard httpd server, so it installs itself as
/etc/httpd/modules/mod_php3_ssl.so

this is the only file in the rpm - I recommend you still install the
mod_php3 module to get the icons and docs and stuff.
