I just looked at your "whois" record with Network solutions.  It shows:

Is 207.153.201.5 your RaQ?  Or is it a Digital Nation nameserver?  Or is it 
another system entirely?

I presume what you want is for the secondary nameserver to be something 
else besides <ns1.dn.net>.

If 207.153.201.5 is already pointed to your RaQ, and if you do not have 
another system on which you can run your own name server, then you have to 
use somebody else for your secondary nameserver.  At the moment, you're 
using Digital Nation.

Do they offer a "virtual nameserver" to you?  In other words, will they 
allow you to point <ns2.ienc.com> to one of their nameservers (perhaps even 
206.43.192.76)?

If so, then go ahead and contract with them for the service, and register 
ns2.ienc.com with Network Solutions.

If not, then you need to contract with someone else for secondary name 
service.  We do offer secondary name service for a fee, either at one of 
our servers (ns?.ns-one.net) or under your name (i.e.: ns2.ienc.com) as a 
virtual nameserver.  Using one of our servers is not as bad a solution as 
you might expect: when someone types www.dn.net into their browser they get 
your competition's website.  To see what you'll get when you enter 
<www.ns-one.net> into your browser, just try it <smile>.

To use your RaQ for primary DNS you must register your nameserver with 
whichever registry you registered the domain.  Network Solutions does it 
for free, with other registrars, there might be a charge.
