Is it "makemap hash " or "makemap btree"??

Thanks, i will try when the guy, who leant me the server, finds the
password for root, who owns the virtusertable :-(
Does this list have problems or do i have problems? I don´t get back
my last posting, i don´t get your two postings over the list and i
don´t get any other posting over the list :-(
Is there a preferred adress for the list? Should i use @cobalt.com,
@ftp.cobalt.com or @list.cobalt.com :-)
