Yep.  You're not installing from Dns Telecom's free Webalizer .pkg file for
the RaQ/2/(maybe 3?).  Grab it at
http://www.dnstelecom.fr/Produits/Cobalt/Modules/Modules.en.html.

Or search the archives from Jan 2 or so for "webalizer" for a thread about
it.
