I have just purchased 2 RaQ3 and, I also don't bother tech
support with non-supported issues, but when one 0f my RaQ3
was was down and not receiving emails they called me back and
helped me on the DNS CNAME issue.... Who knew that RaQ3 didn't
like CNAMES... Anyways... This list and tech support
is the reason why I purchased two RaQ3.....
