make shure that the leds on the rear panel (back of the raq) work
normally. if check out this and leds is ok, maybe you have the one of
the front wrong. if this is, contact your dealer, because the link led
on the front is failed.
sorry, but i have not a two eth raq3 yet, and do not know when the ligth
work on the front, but i think that the link led on the front will ligth
with the primary eth link signal.
