[cobalt-users] New User/Relaying Denied

I'm a new user of a RaQ2.  Everything seems to work fine, but I am having the
same problem with sending mail that I noticed was discussed in early December.
Unfortunately, the archives seem to end on December 2, and I have not yet seen a
complete solution to this problem.

When sending mail, I receive the message:  relaying was denied.  One of the
recipients was rejected by the server. Server response 550. Error
number 0x800ccc79.

Any suggestions will be welcome.
