PHP3 doesn't work with Cobalt's SSL? Anyone know a way to make them work
together? What do you have to do if you are using PHP3 as your major
development scripting? Do I have to switch to Perl or something for any
SSL scripting?

Thawte gives a discount for using Redhats SSL (Which is what Cobalt's SSL
is...), so
it only costs $100 for a cert...

Yes... php3 doesn't work with Cobalt's SSL...

Yes, there is a problem but there is a small patch for it...
