"who" is a command, which when sent to either <majordomo@xxxxxxxxxx> or 
optionally to <listname-request@xxxxxxxxxx>, will return the email address 
of all the subscribers.

So this means that Julien was trying, for whatever reason, to get all our 
email addresses.  I hope his intent wasn't to spam.

In any event, he sent it to the wrong address.  And even if he sent it to 
the right address, this list, as I've said before, is NOT run by majordomo.
