They do read this list. Sometimes they chime in. Really, this is a list
that is supposed to compliment the Knowledge Base. Both are designed to
ease the load on the support staff for issues that don't require an
"insider's" knowledge. Standard stuff, really. What would be nice is if
someone at Cobalt would use the information gained here and put it into the
KB for easy use.
