When you say it doesn't work, it sendmail not running or not receiving
mail? Do you have your MX records setup in their respective zone files?
Is you DNS server a registered DNS server (host) with Network Solutions?
Finally did you check receive mail for domain on the RAQ itself? Can you
telnet to port 25 on the domain you are trying to receive mail for? If
you give us the domain, we can troubleshoot it better?
