I do not think that is true. If you consider RaQ 1 shipped in Sept. 98
and RaQ 3 shipped in Nov. 99, the improvement of the UI and UI feature
sets is vast. I think, a good example of this would be to compare DNS
on RaQ 1 and RaQ 3.

RaQ 1 (post update 1.0) -
A Records
CNAME Records
MX Records
Reverse Address (PTR) Record
Secondary Nameservice for Domain
Secondary Nameservice for Reverse Domain

RaQ 3 -
All of RaQ 1 plus:

UI improvements
DNS does not list all domains in one long list, which means you can
view one domain/reverse domain at a time. Also, this allows you to
create at least 100x times as many domains on a single unit.
Records can be added from an easy drop-down menu.

Server settings (per RaQ3)
	Forwarding Server 172.16.10.254
	Backup Forwarding Server 172.16.10.253
	Zone Transfer Access 172.16.50.254, 172.16.60.254
Zone Formats RFC2317, DION, and OCN-JT

SOA Settings (per domain)
Primary Name Server (NS) Host Name ns.test.com
Secondary Name Server (NS) Host Name ns2.test.com
	Domain Administrator Email Address admin@xxxxxxxxxxx
	Refresh Interval 10800
	Retry Interval 3600
	Expire Interval 604800
	Time to Live (TTL)	86400

Delegate Subdomain Name Server Authority (per domain)
	Subdomain Name new.test.com
Primary Name Server (NS) Host Name ns.new.test.com
Secondary Name Server (NS) Host Name (optional) ns2.test.com

Cobalt does improve our products over time, as well as upgrading
important features in the field. For example, RaQ1(EJ)-Update-3.0.pkg
(currently in testing) contains RaQ 2 DNS UI and an upgrade from bind
4.9.7 to bind 8.2.2 as well as other bug fixes.
As Cobalt's customers, we need feedback to tell us what new features
to included in the UI, and what UI features need improvement. You can
email all constructive suggestions to this list (which people at Cobalt
do read) or wishlist@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
