This, to my mind, is the big issue.

The Qube and RAQs have been through quite
a few generations now, so the interface should
have been incrementally improved to a very
impressive level.

This is obviously not the case.

Cobalt needs to start working again on
broadening the reach of interface. As
a #1 priority.
