[cobalt-users] Frontpage weirdness

Has anyone run across the following problem?

We have a new site just added to a Raq2. We enabled Frontpage Server
Extensions, however, when we add a user and give them Frontpage rights... it
errors out with this message:

A Frontpage Web could not be configured properly.

Adding users without frontpage to this site work fine.
