[cobalt-users] RPM Installation of glibc

I would like to upgrade with the  glibc-2.0.7-9.mips.rpm

What commands should I use to do this?

Should I upgrade or install. The upgrade option remove the factory installed
version. According to the man rpm instructions.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
