Look at /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and see if you still have the cgiwrap
lines under each site.
Look at your site settins via the GUI and make sure you still have a
checkmark in the enable scripts box.
Make sure you have not changed any rights on the scripts (755 is what I
use) also make sure they are owned by the site they are running in.
Just log onto the shell and do a ls -la and see who owns the scripts.
Make sure you uploaded in ascii, not binary.
