[cobalt-users] Cobalt is on vacation

I have been trying to call Cobalt with a question, but I was unable to get through all day. Every
individuals phone number I could find had a generic voice mail message saying I would be called
back and none indicated that anyone was out of the office or on vacation. The main numbers just
kept ringing off the hook with no answer or voice mail.

I finally gave up and called one of the reps to find out if Cobalt is still in business. The rep
was in Mexico. As it turns out, Cobalt is running on a skeleton crew this week and nobody bothered
to either change their voice mail messages to say they are on vacation, answer the main phone
number, put voice mail on the main number or even hire a temp to answer the main phone number.

So, if you are trying to call Cobalt and don't get through, that's why.
