RE: [cobalt-users] Site limit with Linux/ProFtp



As it was explained to me by Cobalt, it's a combination of proftp & linux.
more than that I don't know. Maybe give them a call, see how they explain
it.

Whatever it is, it certainly isn't a proftpd limit; I use proftpd
extensively on Linux/Intel boxes with no such limit.

How is the limit manifested?  I don't see how it could limit use of the
admin password; proftpd doesn't care where you go once you log in with
admin; you can go anywhere you want as long as admin's rights work for you.

Does it limit how users can use ftp?

More information needed.
