Re: [cobalt-users] SSL Dissapeared - WHERE HAS IT GONE???

Ahoy

Boy, I hope you get an answer to this soon. I hit the keys at 6 this morning, intending to install PHP and MySQL today. First thing I say was your message. Needless to say, I slammed on the brakes. If you figure it out, I'd appreciate if you drop me a line.

Subject: [cobalt-users] SSL Dissapeared - WHERE HAS IT GONE???

Hia all,
Once upon a time a Cobalt RaQ2 Server was working perfectly! So the admin decided it was time to install PHP3 as he was planning on offering PHP3 as an extra.
So following instuctions from the Cobalt site regarding the installation of PHP he went ahead. He later dicovers in the experimental folder of the Cobalt FTP Server that a MySQL installation can be used in conjunction with PHP. Therefore he decides Why not!
Upon completetion He restarts the RaQ using the '/sbin/shutdown -r now' command. Once restarted the admin installs a release of FishCartSQL (www.fishcart.org) as an add-on product, and as a test he set's the Secure server location to the virtual server which he has purchased a certificate for.
He later dicovers that SSL has vanished and each time he attempts to make a test purchase from his brand spanking new shopping cart software, a DNS error occurs.
THE END

Sorry for the story all, just I'm in a story type mood! he he he:o)

Would appreciate any help with this please

Cheers
