[cobalt-users] Help User Email Problem

Can someone tell me what this means and  how to fix it?  This user has been
checking email fine for weeks and today, he is getting the following error:

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'Dave Steel', Server: 'www.weareradio.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR /var/spool/mail/.dsteel.pop lock busy!  Is
another session active? (11)', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
