[cobalt-users] RaQ2 Update 2.0 and FrontPage 2000 Extensions

I have just installed the 2.0 OS update to my RaQ2 with the FrontPage 2000
extensions.  FrontPage 2000 is supposed to be able to publish to sub-webs or
personal web-pages (www.domain.com/~username/).  This is feature is not
working for me or my customers.  Has anyone heard different?  Is there
something that needs to be done in FrontPage when publishing?
