RE: [cobalt-users] IPO?
We purchased directly from COBALT. In fact we are a "True Blue Partner" with
them. Unfortunately, it really doesn't get you all that much. If anything.

Traditionally, this is the role of the reseller. You can, and have been
able to, get this kind of support from Cobalt Authorized Resellers. This is
why it is so important to make sure that you are purchasing from a reliable
source with qualified systems engineers.
I would have a hard time purchasing a server solution from a company that
doesn't have system engineers that can work with your remote access gear as
well as your Coblat server appliance--due to the fact that they are so
closely intertwined.
If you are looking for decent support on a Cobalt machine, I'd highly
suggest going to a traditional reseller or VAR like Alpha Tech Computers
(http://www.alphatechcomputers.com), etc.
