I used the following instructions on a RaQ2 and it worked perfectly for me.
Are you sure the problem is on the RAQ or maybe the DNS entries @
networksolutions are wrong?

(1) Setup a virtual site www.name.com / IP
(2) DNS (a) Record www.name.com to IP (doesn't matter if shared or
dedicated)
(3) DNS CNAME Record www.name.net to www.name.com

Hope this helps. It works fine for me.

You say you have a virtual site name.org and another site name.net --> Is
www.name.net also a virtual site? If yes, why would you
want it to point to www.name.org?
