RE: [cobalt-users] IPO?



Did you ever stop to think that maybe the reason people are frustrated and
exasperated when posting to this list is BECAUSE of the way they were
treated by Cobalt? I know for a fact that my tone in my postings here is not
the nicest, but that's due to the fact that I tried gog trough channels for
which my company has purchased several products and gets minimal if any
support.

Of course, if you consider this list their "support" then they're doing
great....

I expect you said "please".  Given the way some people carry on on this
list,
I suspect that they are just as abrasive and rude when they're dealing with
Cobalt's support people.  And then they wonder why they're not getting
anywhere.
