We have :-)

I asked Will DeHaan if he would put a package together for POP-before-SMTP
for the new RaQ3i we have for our hosting services and he released it within
the day. I was very impressed and pleased with him.

I have emailed them with an issue with transferring an SSL certificate too
(and removing the passphrase from same) and within 45 minutes Joe Kizzier
had responded fully solving all my problems. They've only been good to us in
the year that we've been using their products from RaQ1>RaQ2>RaQ3i.
