Hello,
    Positive support. I can honestly say, that i have probably called Cobalt
over 20 times in the past 6 months, and once just last week, and have only
good things to say, till last week, and after he looked at my problem, he
told me it was corrected, but it is not. Now, i have a site  lost, even
though i have moved them to a new server, new ip number and redid the dns.
So, over all for me, they have been on a scale of 8 out of a possible 10. I
do know they have hired more support people, but there are so many systems
sold, and of course, you know how they are screwed up sometimes, there is
still not enough support people. I personally think they need to stop any
future programs ,and correct all current ones first. Then continue on with
future servers.
