[cobalt-users] RaQ2-Update-OS-2.0.pkg wiped FTP folder

I installed RaQ2-Update-OS-2.0.pkg and everything is fine except that I
seem to have lost the anonymous FTP directory for one of the virtual
hosts. Unfortunately this is the one thing I hadn't backed up so I lost
everything including some files that are going to be hard to get again. 

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem or if it was something
to do with my setup but I thought it worth posting a warning. If this is
a known risk perhaps a note could be put on the cobalt site by the
download link.
