RE: [cobalt-users] majordomo installation problems, to VP's

I have had a RAQ3i for a month or so.
And I am already fairly unhappy with the lack of documentation for anything outside of the interface and poor tech support.

NOTICE how all the open-source software used on the Cobalt has the NOT-SUPPORTED disclaimer.

Well, lets see, if Cobalt installed the crap, then they should take some goddamn responsibility for their installation procedures and choices.

Close to screwing Linux and going full force with a solid well-supported and documented NT box.

I am losing faith quickly with Cobalt.

Thanks!

gosh, sign me up, too...

i got raq2 cause i was sick of my provider giving me silly excuses for
everything + downtimes... well, hey, guess what... now i have to deal with
RECREATING user lists for 40 webs... anything ELSE i should know about raq?

i'm a god damn designer, not a sysadmin of any sort... i have to learn how
to use majordomo AND i have to learn how to administer it... i FOLLOWED
steps in the kb.cobalt.com entry for majordomo and guess what? i f___'ed up
my lists... nice, huh? maybe they should take out that entry... maybe,
however, they don't care. :-) how ironic, don't you think?
