use wget with a command line like

wget -r -N -t 1 -x -nH --cut-dirs=3 -w 1 -l inf 
ftp://admin:password@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx//home/sites/domain.com/


You better read the wget manuals before, but it is easy to understand and
once the process is started with the proper command, you have nothing else
to do.
