[cobalt-users] FTP login needs to goto /web

[lists <lists@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

How do we have it so that it forces all new site admin users added to ftp
into the /web directory and not the /users/username/web directory? Can we
just create a symbolic link so that the files uploaded into
/users/username/web directory is the same as /web ? If so how do we do this.
