Yeah, that's the point, we (USA) usually get FREE local calls to the ISP,
but have to pay a relatively small fee for internet access.  Usually less
than $20.00 a month for unlimited time.  So if you combine the monthly fee
and free local calls, we pay soooo much less than you guys.  So I think when
he mentioned per minute, he was not specifically talking about the ISP
service, but rather the charges just to stay online...
