1) Go to http://<your.ip.number.here>/.cobalt/sysManage/index.html
2) Click on the wrench to the right of ns.ecsweb.co.uk
3) Click on "Site Settings" on the left side
4) Click on "ns" on the right
Now you should see a place where you can change "ns" to read "www"

Error logs are at /var/log/httpd/error
Access logs are at /home/sites/<site>/logs/access

Your IP number should work for both POP and SMTP
Your URL should work, too. (www.yoursite.com)

Haven't see anything even close to this group for usefulness. It seems that
the only way to work a RaQ is either to bumble around the thing for hours
until you stumble across your answer, or else ask someone else who has
stumbled across it. I assume you have downloaded the PDF manual from Cobalt?
http://www.cobalt.com/support/pdf/raq2manual.pdf It is pretty rudimentary.
