Just make the change to the pri.whaterver.com only. The records file is a
flat file that will affect all the DNS records for all the sites you have.
What you should do is to make the change to both files, or the next time you
use the web interface, the change you did to the pri.whatever.com file will
be overwritten. So, it is up to you. Make the change only to the pri. File
and next time make the change to the same domain using the web interface or
make the change to both files and next time you use the web interface, your
change will stay there because they will be in the records file and recreate
by the script the next time you save your change form the web.
