Sorry guys, I searched elsewhere on the internet, and found that if I added
the line
domainnames_override yes
to /home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/etc/openwebmail.conf
then it started to work.
:-)
Adam.

Subject: [cobalt-developers] openwebmail on RaQ550 - I've made all the
changes and it still doesn't work...
Folks,
I've read thru all the posts in the archive, and I've made all the changes
(bar the ones suggesting that I modify the virtual user table - I read a
post saying it wasn't necessary, and I'd prefer not to, thankyouverymuch),
but the pesky name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is still occurring. (the www2 is
temporary until we cutover).
As you can see below, I've edited my
/home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/etc/openwebmail.conf and
/home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/etc/sites.conf/www2.digerati.com.au
files, yet when I log into webmail, emails are still sent from
test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Any thoughts?
Adam.
