Thanks Mike
The PHP the appliance shows in the installed packages is PHP 4.1.2-3 from
www.php.net , so the latest release here is 4.3.3. So the bad thing, I
guess, is that I have to reinstall it (configure, make, etc, etc) or I can
jump to this latest version? Does it harm in any way to MySQL or Apache?
PS. there are 2 files: PHP 4.3.3 (tar.bz2) and PHP 4.3.3 (tar.gz) from
php.net, wich one should I install (tar.gz)?
Thanks
Jose
