RE: [cobalt-developers] Installing Tomcat in a RaQ4

The official RAQ version of Tomcat is too old to be of any real use. Most
developers are using Tomcat 4.* or even Tomcat 5.* (beta)
You can install Tomcat 4 on a RAQ and use the mod_jk connector. This will
not affect the Cobalt GUI, though you will have to manually edit the
server.xml files and create your own WEB-INF for any sites on the box.
If your RAQ has more than a few static sites Tomcat may affect performance.
The more RAM you have the happier your box will be.
