This is exactly the kind of documentation I needed, thanks a lot. I've taken a look at the docs, and I think it's going to be a bit harder than I thought, because of the way the firmware works. Anyway, this information should be enough to install a more secure Linux, if I decide I'm not able to make the firmware work with *BSD.
