What is the best way for no downtime transition from one set of IP's to
another new (way faster t3) set of IP's.
This is what I did so far forced by hand the httpd.conf to listen to both
old and new IP's at the same time....works fine (testing via special dns
server for name based sites)...but I can't use the control panel, it will
undo this...
Also if the server is rebooted I will lose the new IP's (added via ipconfig,
will add to rc.local or similar does raq4 have
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts stuff?)
Now I need to change the site IP via some database commands I am not
familiar with and then use the control panel (after I change DNS of course
to new IP's)
Any ideas (instructions---experiences)? Have I been clear enough?
