You might check out FreeBSD and Postfix. You'll be better off,
anyhow, if you gain exposure to other *ix flavors... and, even if
you had to hire someone to get you going, you should be able to
make some decent money providing service for that many email
accounts.
I would not, however, attempt anything like this on a RaQ...
particularly not a stock one. ;-)
If you don't want to handle those accounts, there are many on
this list who would be most happy to. ;-)
