Good to see you supporting us on this list, Duncan. I'd been told in
the past that the Red Hat 2.4 series kernels required a reburn of the
RaQ bios to work. Is this a step you've left out, or is it just not
true?
Does the mknod command only have to be run once, or must it be in some
kind of startup script?

Thanks for this documentation as well. Is there a patching step
missing, or again, is this just something I don't understand well? I
haven't built kernels since early 1995, and I'm a bit rusty.
Thanks for any clarifications you can give us (or me, anyway <smile>).
