Dave, when you pop in extra RAM modules, make sure it's ECC RAM. It *must* be ECC Ram...

Right now Ive got 256, as we all know, SUN limits the max child processes on
webservers and email stuff via how much ram the box has..
First off, theres two slots right?
How much more "child" processes for say, apache would i get if i replaced
the 256, with two 512 (1024 total).
i think yesterday the box might have flunked itself cause it runs at 98%
memory used 24/7 and got hit with a spike of outgoing email processes
... but what would you expect with only 256ram.
