[cobalt-developers] Outbound Mail Limits on RaQ4

Hi

We are attempting to make sure that none of our registered email users 
can use their accounts to send large volumes of email, and accordingly 
we need to set a limit to the amount of mail that can be sent in a 
given time interval for each email account.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this using a Cobalt RaQ4r?
