Here's a concept .. Do it yourself :-)

The instructions are out there, it is rather easy.  No one has a free
out there.  Take my "configure" options, run it on a standard download,
see what additional libraries you need to install, and then type "make",
copy over the files ... Oh wait, be sure NOT to break the admin
functionality.

Your right in saying my time is valuable.  So, please release a free
one for the Community!
