Sounds a bit scary to me....
If you're hacked on the 30th, you have to go all the way back to the
first of the month?

That would be true, if you could not read .. What I think it says is that
EVERY Sunday to do a full backup ... is that not what it says? So, if you
were hacked on the 30th, and the 29th was a Sunday, you only lost one day.
Wow .... lets see how that works again? :-) just kidding.
