It looks like your notation is reversed. Mail for xxx.de should be sent to
mail server mail.xxx.de. And make sure you have an A record pointing
mail.xxx.de to an IP address.

Not pre-installed on the RaQ4. But you can install just about any script
designed for a Linux server. FormMail 1.9 and dozens of other Perl and PHP
scripts have this functionality.
